Food Vendors

Applications are now open

We’re looking for food trucks and stalls to deliver delicious, diverse, and drool worthy food for our event Geekon™ – 7 & 8 November 2026.

We’re keen to hear from vendors who can provide sensational flavours, healthy options, and can cater to various dietary requirements.

The Baxter Road car park at the Geelong Arena will become a dedicated outdoor dining area during the two-day event with picnic tables and roving entertainment.

All food vendors must be registered under the Food Act 1984 and have a food safety program in place, which covers off-site events. Food vendors must be registered with the City of Greater Geelong and provide a copy of their Mobile or Temporary Food Premises Permit.

• There is no water access on site. If your site requires water you must supply it.
• There is no power access on site. You will need use a silent/quiet generator.
• The site fee for the 2 days is $100
